About Submission
We encourage submission of papers describing work related to the symposium topics. Each contributor should submit an abstract of a single A4-size page. Figure and table can be inserted into the one-page abstract if necessary.
Authors should specify the symposium session topic of interest when he or she submits the paper. Each symposium session has oral and poster presentation, which authors may choose when they submit. Papers should be a short summary version of the final presentation including all significant results. It is recommended to write the purpose of the study, the procedures, and conclusions for the readers who are not experts in the specific field. All speakers either invited or contributing at oral or poster sessions, should submit papers electronically via website of 16th APCCC ( http://apccc2012.conf.tw/ ). Refer to "INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS" below for the preparation of the manuscript. Regular mail or fax submission will not be accepted. The deadline for submission is Dec. 31, 2011 and contributors are required to pay their registration fees as stated in the “INFORMATION ON REGISTRATION” page.
The Program Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a submitted paper is best suited to oral or poster presentation and also reserves the right to reject papers after reviewing them. The selected contributors will be notified by Feb. 29, 2012. All accepted papers will be published in the conference Abstract Book on CD-ROM, as one-page, A4 sized PDF files. All accepted and registered papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
