Exhibition
The 16th APCCC Exhibition will take place in parallel to the Conference at the Crowne Plaza, Taiwan, from 22 to 24 October 2012. The 16th APCCC provides an excellent international platform for exchange between experts in the field of research, industry and politics. Please download the application form at the website http://apccc2012.conf.tw , complete, and submit it before 31 July 2012 to the secretariat by fax +886-6-2754395, e-mail apccc@conf.ncku.edu.tw.
Information
All standard booths include the following:
- 2 x 3 m2 standard exhibit space
- One table
- Two chairs
- Power outlet
- One full conference registration
- One page colored advertisement in an issue (artwork to be supplied by the sponsor)
- Price for the exhibition booth:
- One booth NTD$ 50,000
- Two booths NTD$ 90,000
- Three booths NTD$ 120,000
Registration and payment
Applications for the registration of the exhibition are made by filling out the APPLICATION FORM until July 31, 2012, and sending it to the conference secretariat by fax (+886-6-2754395) or e-mail (apccc@conf.ncku.edu.tw). All applications should be accompanied with full payment of the participation fee by the bank transfer or credit card. Please aware that the payment must be transferred within 30 days after receiving the confirmation sheet. After payment is completed please send a copy of the bank transfer record to the conference secretariat. The bank transfer fee should be paid by the participants.
No refund will be made, even if an applied exhibition is withdrawn.
